JPMI memiliki ruang lingkup nasional, mencakup berbagai topik seputar pemberdayaan kewirausahaan masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengembangan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran-pemikiran dan gagasan-gagasan konseptual serta hasil-hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai dalam bidang pengabdian kepada dan pengembangan masyarakat. JPMI berisi berbagai gagasan, penemuan, dan hasil penelitian dari berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan baik oleh para mahasiswa maupun dosen Universitas Prasetiya Mulya dan institusi lain dalam menangani dan mengelola berbagai potensi, kesulitan, tantangan dan beragam permasalahan terkait pengembangan wirausaha masyarakat yang diselenggarakan PPKM Universitas Prasetiya Mulya maupun institusi pendidikan atau lembaga lain. Kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat (Community Development) yang diselenggarakan PPKM Prasetiya Mulya dan institusi lain, dalam konteks lingkup jurnal ini, melibatkan masyarakat sebagai mitra dan bertujuan untuk pengembangan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pada masa sekarang ini pandemi Covid-19 masih diraskan dampaknya oleh masyarkat, terlebih para pemilik usaha mikro kecil menengah. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk membantu para pelaku bisnis untuk mengenali dan mengimplementasikan sistem secara digital serta dapat membantu mempersiapkan penerapan bisnis offline menjadi online bisnis. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh selama ini pengapdian kepada masyarakat, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi dapat memberikan kemudahan dan keuntungan bagi pelaku bisnis yang menerapkannya.

Abstract

The very fast and dynamic business development as well as the increasing level of business competition between competitors requires Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to move quickly to keep up with the times. In addition to marketing, MSME actors also need to prepare as well as possible the management of the 'home industry' for the survival of a business, such as readiness for business management, business financial management, stock management and customer service management. Of course, this preparation cannot be done alone, moreover not all MSMEs understand the whole problem, so MSME actors need to be assisted and assisted. The community service program held at MSME Karani Craft aims to train MSMEs in simple accounting books so that in the future MSMEs can create superior accounting performance through simple accounting bookkeeping. The implementation method in this service activity is training. MSME actors are trained and guided to do simple accounting records in the form of income and expenses. These activities are carried out in a sustainable, measurable manner and the process of monitoring and evaluation is to measure the achievement of targets and expected results, namely making MSME actors able to carry out simple bookkeeping to create accounting performance excellence for MSMEs.

Abstract

Batik merupakan warisan budaya Indonesia yang telah diakui dunia melalui UNESCO. Pada proses pembuatan kain batik terdapat tiga proses utama yaitu, pemberian motif dengan malam (lilin), pewarnaan dan pelorotan. Pada perkembangan teknologi berpengaruh pada proses perlakuan dalam pembuatan batik, pada revolusi industry 4.0 dapat menjadi langkah dalam melestarikan produk batik dan meningkatkan jumlah produksi. Munculnya mesin pembuatan motif batik tulis pada kain menggunakan CNC (Computer Numerical Control) menjadi ide terhadap inovasi pewarnaan batik dengan cara penyemprotan warna pada kain batik menggunakan mesin CNC 3 Axis (X, Y, Z) agar dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi kain batik, mempercepat proses pewarnaan dan melestarikan batik pada tingkat UMKM. Dalam hal ini peluang penelitian yang dapat direkomendasikan adalah inovasi baru pada proses pewarnaaan kain batik menggunakan metode penyemprotan dengan mesin dan menerapkan DOE (Design of Experiment) Metode Taguchi dan ANOVA sehingga dapat menentukan parameter optimal, selain itu penambahan uji beda warna untuk mengetahui kerataan warna dan konsistensi warna yang dihasilkan pewarnaan pada kain batik menggunakan metode penyemprotan.

Abstract

Community Development is an entrepreneurship-based Community Service program with the aim of increasing partners’ understanding of basic business management, motivation in running a business, and increasing welfare in the form of income growth through business development. Community Development 2021 will be carried out online. The group had the opportunity to provide assistance with a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, “Cho Cweet” as a partner. In providing assistance, the group assists in the development of one of the partner's products, optimizes online sales, and conducts partner financial analysis. The results we get are quite good and our partner felt very helpful with the guidance of this Community Development program. Our partner’s income also increased during the mentoring program

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, lots of businesses were negatively affected, one of which is Dapur Tihwa, a Small Medium Enterprises (SME) around Cianjur which sells various types of food such as cireng and seblak. Not only external challenges such as the pandemic period which resulted in Dapur Tihwa decreased sales up to 50%, there's many internal problems experienced by Dapur Tihwa such as production, finance, marketing, distribution, and mindset. In fact, as we all know, Small Medium Enterprises (SME) have a major contribution due to Indonesia's macro economy. Therefore, during the community development opportunity held by Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and based on the analysis that has been carried out by the group, the group will focusing on conducting research especially in the marketing department by improving Dapur Tihwa marketing strategy with the intention to increase affected sales during this Covid-19 pandemic. Through intensive assistance, our partner has succeeded in obtaining new, more attractive packaging stickers, knowledge in digital technology, as well as the addition of marketing and sales media, namely Shopee and Tokopedia.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian kami yaitu Telaga Ngebel, Ponorogo kaya akan kearifan lokal dan pariwisatanya akan tetapi masih kurang optimalnyakepariwisataan di desa tersebut, sehingga kami memiliki inovasi melalui inovasi ekonomi kreatif dan ditunjang dengan teori ekonomi dan era society5.0 yang diharapkan dapat menjadi strategi optimalisasi pariwisata Telaga Ngebel, Ponorogo serta menjadi pemberdayaaan masyarakat asli Ngebel.Metode penulisan yang kami gunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Jenis data yaitu data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka danteknik analisis data yaitu kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian kami bahwa strategi optimalisasi pariwisata Telaga Ngebel Ponorogo melalui ekonomi kreatifpasca pandemi di era society 5.0 efektif dengan 4 model antara lain: keadaan stabil dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam Model Solow; pengaruhkemajuan teknologi; interaksi berkemampuan media sosial dan pengalaman wisata; dan permintaan pasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the effects of digital marketing strategies that the group has used to assist Mr. Chandra, the owner of Pempek Cek Ya with growing his online presence in the social media space. According to the interview that we have done, there is a large amount of room for improvement in the digital marketing side of the business as we noticed that the business has not yet utilized their social media, advertisements, sales promotion, nor marketing mix to its maximum potential. This results in the business not having a good amount of brand awareness in its market. We have used a few digital marketing strategies which have successfully helped the business to increase their online presence, which we will discuss in this paper. Through this paper, we hope other Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) may be able to increase their marketing efforts, and use the strategies that we have used to have a much better and improved brand awareness in their own markets.

Abstract

The livelihoods of most residents in Lebak district are rainfed rice farming, gardening, in addition to raising goats. Many of the plantation commodities that generate income for the villagers in Lebak Regency include plantation products such as rubber, oil palm, cocoa, robusta coffee, sugar palm, cloves, coconut, hybrid coconut, pepper, pandan, tea, cashew nuts, vanilla, jatropha, jatropha, and Kapok. In addition, the difficulty of transportation in some areas of Lebak Regency makes it difficult for farmers to market their products. Electricity in Lebak is supplied by PLN continuously, but there are still some areas that have not been touched by electricity at all, so the residents still rely on oil lamps as a means of lighting at night. Phone and GPRS signal is still difficult. This condition is what causes the marketing of products produced by farmers or MSME actors is still marketed in their respective regions and even the barter process is still going on (exchanging goods). During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Slow Food MSME actors experienced a decline in sales due to a decline in people's purchasing power which was the effect of the covid-19 pandemic. From some of these problems, community service will provide training and socialization of the use of information technology, namely by providing knowledge on the use of Facebook social media as a means of marketing MSME products, with the aim that Slow Food MSME business actors can continue to market their products and increase people's purchasing power towards Slow Food MSME products. It is hoped that after participating in the training and socialization, Slow Food MSME business actors have an online buying and selling account through Facebook that is easy, effective, and safe so that they can increase product marketing not only in their own region, but also on a national and international scale.

Abstract

Kreativitas sangat diperlukan dalam banyak aspek kehidupan dan dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan dengan cermat. Semakin tinggi tingkat kreativitas seseorang, maka semakin baik suatu permasalahan dapat diselesaikan. Oleh karenanya, pengembangan kreativitas harus dilakukan sejak usia dini. Namun sayangnya, dengan kondisi pandemi ini, ruang gerak anak menjadi terbatas dan tidak bebas seperti dulu. Anak-anak yang seharusnya juga dapat memperoleh ilmu baru di luar sekolah, menjadi terhambat karena ruang geraknya yang terbatas. Padahal, banyak hal yang dapat dipelajari anak ketika bermain, termasuk terkait kreativitas. Pengabidan Mahasiswa Kepada Masyarakat (PMKM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya peningkatan kreativitas sekaligus minat menabung anak-anak di TK Islam Nurul Hidayah, Tangerang Selatan melalui kegiatan menghias celengan dari kaleng bekas dan cangkang telur yang diberi warna. Kegiatan PMKM ini terlaksana sesuai dengan perencanaan dan berlangsung selama tiga hari. Hasil dari kegiatan PMKM ini adalah bertambahnya jumlah anak yang memiliki celengan dan mulai menabung serta meningkatnya kreativitas dalam memanfaatkan barang bekas pada anak-anak di TK Islam Nurul Hidayah, Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

Community Development (COMDEV) activities at Prasetiya Mulya University are carried out with the aim of developing businesses and products produced by partners in collaboration with the University. Partners who collaborate with the University are majoring in film from Banjarmasin Vocational School. The challenge that is owned by SMK Banjarmasin is how to find the right target market but does not eliminate the strong Banjar regional culture. Films produced by partners so far have only been published in film festival competitions, so they are less profitable. Based on the situation analysis conducted by the group, several improvements have been made in terms of operations, marketing, human resources and finance. These improvement steps were realized with the existence of new social media and also the creation of a web series that was broadcast on Youtube with the concept of "Palui" which is one of the cultures in the Banjar area. Writing this journal aims to provide an overview of the problems that exist in film production at SMK Banjarmasin and corrective steps that can be taken to maximize the results of film production at SMK Banjarmasin.
